[Babel-users] Heads up: babeld to remove diversity routing

Hi,

I've done some testing with current master, and it looks good to me.  I'm
planning to release it over the weekend as 1.12, with v4-via-v6 enabled by
default on recent Linux kernels (5.13 and later).  If you disagree, please
speak up now.

After 1.12 is out, I plan to remove the diversity routing code, which has
not been shown to be useful in practice.  If you find diversity routing
useful in your setup, please speak up.
