I believe this is waiting for the IETF Babel WG Area Director, Andrew
Alston, to review the draft. I'll ping him.

I think that we can push the rtt-extension document through fairly
quickly after you rewrite/repost.
- The Babel YANG draft
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-babel-yang-model/) is
through most of the process and is at the RFC Editor but, because it
normatively references
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-netconf-crypto-types/, it
is hung up until that draft progresses.
