Hi,

Warren Kumari gave a talk (based on my slides) on the subject of v4-via-v6
routing.  The slides are here:

We had a fair amount of support, and I'm reasonably confident the draft
will be adopted in a timely manner.  (Adoption is the first step towards
standardisation at the IETF.)
