It is (relatively, when familiar with it as I am) easy to create
resources at Alioth(.debian.org) for a new team.

My mentioning pkg-fso team is more for social reasons: I didn't setup
that other team, and perhaps those who did would appreciate their "baby"
being revitalized rather than abandoned.

...but exactly because I didn't set it up, it is more a hassle for me to
help host using resources for that existing team, because I would then
need to gain admin access to it and familiarize myself with how it was
setup (and whether those choices was deliberate or fine if I adjust).

So I guess it boils down to this: You can try ask at the existing
pkg-fso mailinglist if they find it relevant to host such work there -
and if not (i.e. if no response from admins in that team and/or you
don't wanna do that detour of asking there) then tell me, and I can
create a new team for it.
