Update on errors with `fakechroot` mode of `mmdebstrap`:

 * I can reproduce the problem on Debian stable (mmdebstrap 0.4.1-3)
 * The issue does not appear on Debian sid (mmdebstrap 0.6.0-4)

As a result, it seems the issue is already fixed :)
