(edu) Fix various content and translation issues
  - index.en.html master file:
	  + fix typo and grammar
	  + add Debian version number to screenshot caption
  - de.add file: stop mentioning skolelinux.de (dead link since some time)
  - de.po: fix typo
  - fix all translations, proceeding like explained in README.translations
