Hi Maintainer

The autopkgtest of boxer-data fails in testing where it succeeded in
the past [1].

The current failure seems to be due to the removal of citadel-mta from testing:
E: Unable to locate package citadel-mta

This regression also prevents boxer-data/10.8.21 from migrating to testing.
