[Debconf-devel] Bug#405218: debconf: have dpkg-reconfigure list candidates

It might be useful if dpkg-reconfigure could list the names of packages an 
--all would reconfigure. 
This would also provide a quick way of looking up the actual package name 
in to pass in case you want to reconfigure something.
