[Debconf-devel] Bug#887687: libsmokeqt4-dev: broken symlinks and causes qt4-perl FTBFS

I had hoped to work on this this week.  It hasn't happened and it's not going to.

In the end, I the Qt4 stuff has to go, so I wouldn't wait on this for the transition.
