User does
# dpkg-reconfigure some_package
and starts answering some questions,
and some more,
and some more...

Therefore, somewhere on the screen, please add a running tally of which
question we are on, (e.g., #12) out of a total (e.g., 21), by showing
"12/21".

That way the user can decide:
"I'll do this when I get back from the cleaners."
instead of worrying "How many question are there? Should I give up now
and go to the cleaners, or am I almost through?"
