[Debconf-devel] Range selection in debconf's teletype interface

Hello,

I have implemented range selection in the teletype interface:

I find it very useful as needrestart often displays a large number of
items to restart; it is tedious to select them all by hand, thus this
change which allows selecting by range.

For example: 1-42 instead of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17
18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41
42.

Could you please review it?
