Thanks for looking into this Holger, I know you are a very busy person :)

To sync everything you need to

1.- find and delete all subtitles folders in the archive

find -name '*srt' -exec dirname {} \;|uniq

2.- copy the subtitles. I created an script that makes it easy. It syncs
the subtitles folder with the latest version of everything

It took me a while to reply because i wanted to make sure that everything
was still okay and ive been busy this week :)
