[Debconfsubs-team] Let's subtitle Debconf18 videos

Hello subbers,

With Debconf18 currently happening, I started a wiki page to coordinate
our subtitling efforts. So far, I've added the videos for the first 3
days of Debconf.

As usual, you can use Amara to subtitle online or claim a video on the
wiki page and working on it offline.
