[Debconfsubs-team] Looking for a new amara point of contact in debian

Ive been reached by amara, the platform we used for a while to improve the
subtitling flow for debconfs

Im no longer active in the subtitles team and they are proposing a few
changes

It would be great if somebody stepped up so we dont lose the page :)
