Hi Thibaut,

you need to specify the "-sa" option for buildpackage, since the version
of wcslib-contrib is the same as the version of wcslib where it
derivates from, and this confuses the automatic (not-)inclusion of the
source tar.

wcslib-contrib_4.22-1.dsc refers to non-existing file:
wcslib-contrib_4.22.orig.tar.bz2
Perhaps you need to include it in your upload?
