I am following the installation guide here which says:
| 2.10 Running MIDAS for the first time
|
| Once the installation of MIDAS is successfully completed, you still
| need to initialize some MIDAS files by executing the following
| sequence, once:
|
| % mkdir /midas/tmp
| % cd /midas/tmp
| % inmidas
| Midas 001> @ compile.all
| (this will produce about 40 lines of output and it will exit to the
| Shell)
| % gomidas
| Midas 002 > @ ascii bin
| (this will create the LUTs and ITTs files)
| Midas 003 > bye
This has IMO nothing to do with a user test procedure, but is the first
initialization of MIDAS. Please correct me if I am wrong.
