astropy fails its test with numpy 1.9 available in experimental. A patch
is available upstream:
https://github.com/astropy/astropy/pull/2927

I want to upload numpy to unstable soon, please include the fix in your
next upload. But as it won't break the actual astropy runtime its not
super urgent.
