Dear Maintainer,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

Please add the missing license of 
 astropy_helpers/astropy_helpers/sphinx/themes/bootstrap-astropy/static/bootstrap-astropy.css
to your debian/copyright.

The file astroquery/nvas/tests/data/image.imfits contains:

 HISTORY NRAO/VLA Archive Survey images (NVAS for short) come "as is", with no   
 HISTORY warranty and may only be used for scientific and personal purposes.     
 HISTORY Usage, publication and redistribution for scientific purposes is free   
 HISTORY of charge, provided that the proper image credit below is included.    
 HISTORY Any other usage of NVAS images MUST be approved by the NRAO director,   
 HISTORY email: directors_office at nrao.edu. 

This does not look like a file that is distributable by Debian in main.
