[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#779168: stellarium: please package stellarium 0.13.2

Hi Shirish,
0.13.2 is already in the git repository for some time.  It *could* be
uploaded to unstable (and accepted), there is nothing technically
blocking it, but it could make things more difficult if RC bugs would
show up in jessie. This is the only reason why it hasn't been released
in unstable.

For the experimental release - why not! The only problem I have is the
fact that my key in the Debian keyring is currently expired, so I
cannot upload it myself. I'll ask a DD while waiting for it to be
refreshed, though. Stay tuned.
