[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#792122: saods9: Projection shape region drawing is broken

Dear Maintainer,

Procedure of reproducing this bug:

1. Open a FITS file(eg. frame-g-003918-4-0051.fits [ref1]).
2. In the menu, click Edit -> Region.
3. In the menu, click Region -> Shape -> Projection.
4. In the main image region, click and draw a line.

What expected is that after draw the line, a new window titled
"Projection" will pop up. The profile(Counts-wcs) of the line will be
displayed in this window(attachment no-bug.png).

However, after draw the line, a error dialog pop up. It
shows(attachment bug1.png):
    An internal error has been detected
    invalid command name
    "blt:RemoveBindTag"
After click the "OK" button in the error dialog, a profile window
appear. But the profile plot is missing(attachment bug2.png).

Downgrade saods9 and saods9-data to 7.3.2+repack-1, this problem still exist.
Downgrade saods9 and saods9-data to 7.3.2+dfsg-1(and install
saods9-blt), this problem will disappear.

>From 7.3.2+repack-1 the private BLT lib is removed, so I guess this is
the cause?
