Builds of yt in minimal environments (such as on the autobuilders) have
been failing with errors of the form

Please declare build dependencies on python-all-dev and python3-all-dev
[subsuming libpython(3)-dev and python(3)-all], and confirm with
pbuilder or the like that you haven't missed anything else.
