Thanks for the new siril upload with support for GSL 2.

The patch to update the build dependencies still needs to be applied, as
long siril build depends on libgsl0-dev it will pull in the old gsl 1.x
packages that haven't been removed from unstable yet.

While siril (0.9.1-1) has support for GSL 2, it was actually built with
the old GSL 1.x packages.

Please update the build dependencies as done in this debdiff:

 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=805834;filename=siril_0.9.0-1.1.debdiff;msg=5;att=2

By build depending on libgsl-dev instead of the provided libgsl0-dev,
libgsl-dev will pull in libgsl2 and actually build with GSL 2.
