[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#812432: cpl-plugin-visir: does not work

For reference:

The attached data can be used to reproduce the problem with
swarp_2.38.0+dfsg-2. Un-xz them and run

SWarp -WEIGHT_TYPE MAP_RMS -BLANK_BADPIXELS Y \
 -WEIGHT_IMAGE visir_util_clip_error_000.fits \
        visir_util_detect_shift_001_Aoff.fits

This produces two files, coadd.fits and coadd.weight.fits, which both
are blank.
