There are similar problems with tk-html1 in sid and saods9-tclpackages
in experimental:

  Selecting previously unselected package saods9-tclpackages:amd64.
  Preparing to unpack .../saods9-tclpackages_7.5~b1+repack-1_amd64.deb ...
  Unpacking saods9-tclpackages:amd64 (7.5~b1+repack-1) ...
  dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/saods9-tclpackages_7.5~b1+repack-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
   trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/tcltk/x86_64-linux-gnu/tkhtml11.0/libtkhtml11.0.so', which is also in package tk-html1 1.0.2-1
  Errors were encountered while processing:
  dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
   /var/cache/apt/archives/saods9-tclpackages_7.5~b1+repack-1_amd64.deb
