I marked the package for accept, but <nitpick_mode>the entry about
*/test/* being GPL-2+ is not correct, for example
casacore-2.1.0/derivedmscal/DerivedMC/test/tUDFMSCal.cc
is LGPL-2+</nitpick_mode>.
