Builds of casacore for kFreeBSD and the Hurd are failing:

  /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/casa/OS/Directory.cc:493:27: fatal error: linux//nfs_fs.h: No such file or directory

Please fix this file to account for operating systems other than Linux
and Mac OS X.
