[Debian-astro-maintainers] Move project from Subversion to debian-astro git

Hi,

I would like to move healpy (https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/healpy) from Subversion (https://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-science/packages/healpix/healpy/trunk/) to git (https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-astro). Are there instructions for creating a new git-buildpackage style repo under debian-astro?
