[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#847970: sunpy FTBFS in stretch due to missing skimage

Hi Adrian,

I do not completely understand what the goal of this bug is: The missing
build dependency is already noted in the package, and an autoremoval is
filed (and sent out to me as the maintainer). So, I am already noted by
the problem, and I don't see what the additional bug gives here except
the need to close one RC bug more.

Wouldn't it be simpler just to mark #840589 as "affects: src:sunpy"?
