Hi,

the healpix package fails the CI tests, because it has unexpected output
to stderr:

WARNING: version mismatch between CFITSIO header (v3.39) and linked
library (v3.41).

This happens since the cfitsio version was upgraded. The warning is
useless, since the cfitsio ABI was not changed in between.

IMO the warning should be removed completely, since ABI compatibility in
Debian is maintained with the SOVERSION of the library (and automatic
transitions if this changes); it just worries the user without being
useful. Especially for Stretch, it would be nice to have a version
without a warning.
