Hi Vincent,

to keep astroplan in Debian Stretch, I uploaded today a fixed version of
python-astropy with the patches that were in experimental. Together with
the patches discussed in upstream github, this significantly reduces the
failures; basically there is only one issue left.

I now created a new branch "fix_ftbfs_with_astropy_1.3" on the alioth
git repository for astroplan with these patches. Also, I disabled the
remaining failures (until they will be fixed upstream).

Could you check the patches and merge them into Debian if you agree on
this? Then, we could upload a new version and apply for a migration
unblock. I would then open another bug with severity "important" so that
we can re-enable the tests if there are fixes for their failures.
