[Debian-astro-maintainers] starjava-* sources

Dear ftpmasters,

FYI, the packages

starjava-util
starjava-pal
starjava-connect

are the first from a series of 13 packages that all originate from the
same source github <https://github.com/Starlink/starjava>, and which are
all similar in structure. I'll wait for your response for these first
packages and then subsequently the others.
