I am surprised that it isn't clear: d/copyright already clearly
documents the license and the copyright of the patch. There is no reason
to document the purpose of the patch in d/copyright (that is documented
in the patch itself), so what should be clarified there?
Maybe I should just change the wording in the patch description itself
to clarify that the cited license is not the license of the patch?
(I thought that was obvious, however?)
