This is most probably not a problem of python-drizzle, but of astropy-helpers 2.0 not working properly with sphinx 1.4.9. With the current sphinx version 1.5.6 it works fine (which lowers severity).

Once I get the confirmation, I will justify the required sphinx version in astropy-helpers to help for backporting.
