yes, the voidspace license references
  http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/license.shtml
and there it says:

  * Neither the name of Michael Foord nor the name of Voidspace
    may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this
    software without specific prior written permission.

whereas your BSD-license block says:

   3. The name of AURA and its representatives may not be used to
      endorse or promote products derived from this software without
      specific prior written permission.

so call me nitpicking, but this is different ..
