Dear Maintainer,

I've installed the package in ubuntu/artful. ask it's an unmodified package and
the lib seem to be missing in debian too, I thought I report it here:

$ sudo apt install skycat
...
$ skycat
Error in startup script: couldn't load file "/usr/lib/skycat/libskycat3.1.2.so": librtd3.2.1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    while executing
"load /usr/lib/skycat/libskycat3.1.2.so Skycat"
    ("package ifneeded Skycat 3.1.2" script)

    (file "/usr/share/skycat/skycat3.1.2/main.tcl" line 7)

According to upstream librtd3 is part of skycat:
