As someone who reviews a lot of packages in NEW it certainly helps that
things follow traditions and conventions, even if there are strictly-
technical reasons for choosing another path.

This helps ensure the things that are genuinely strange, interesting or
broken things stand out properly. It doesn't cover it entirely, but
