Hi Peter,

thank you very much for your investigations and your patch! Originally,
I planned to wait for a new upstream release, since python-casacore and
casacore itself have the same upstream, but it may be a good idea to use
your patch for an intermediate bugfix. So, I'll upload it the next days
or so.
