[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#923752: Re-assigning bug to javahelper

This bug is actually fixed in the javahelper package, so a separate fix
is not required. The healpix-java package currently in testing can be
built with the updated javahelper, except for the problem mentioned in
#925507 (to be fixed in javahelper as well). So, there is nothing that
would need to be done with healpix-java.

To avoid a useless freeze migration, I merge this bug with the relevant
javahelper bug.
