[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#929111: ms2uvfits missing in casacore-tools

Version: 3.0.0

The ms2uvfits program of casascore is actually quite useful, but for some
reason, the Debian package includes a patch to not install it since it is
mistakenly assumed it is an example binary:

https://salsa.debian.org/debian-astro-team/casacore/blob/master/debian/patches/0001-Do-not-install-test-and-demonstration-executables.patch

Probably best to modify this patch to just let ms2uvfits be installed.
