Hi,

Astropy has updated their version to 3.2, which I recently uploaded
(3.2.1). Pydl has a trivial problem in the test code which lets its
tests fail, namely an outdated astroplan/conftest.py.

This could be in principle fixed by patchin this file; however the new
upstream version 0.7 already has this patch included.

Would you mind to update? Pydl is currently one of the packages
that prevents astropy from migrating.
