[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#953151: gyoto FTBFS on armel, armhf, mipsel and mips64el

gyoto is failing to build on armel, armhf,  mipsel and mips64el

the error in the arm build logs seems to be:

> Test reference counting ... SEVERE: Cannot convert to seconds as metric is not set!
> SEVERE: Cannot convert to seconds as metric is not set!
> make[3]: *** [Makefile:208: check] Segmentation fault

unfortunately my attempts to find the actual error in the mipsel and mips64el build logs were not succesful.
