[Debian-astro-maintainers] New version of aravis 0.8.1 ready for upload

Dear maintainers,

I have fixed the copyright issue.
In the meanwhile a new version of upstream was available, so I have updated
the package to 0.8.1

It is now ready for upload: hope it will pass this time... :)
