astroscrappy cannot be cross built from source, because it has
unsatisfiable cross Build-Depends. Instead of looking into such a
difficult problem, I looked for easily droppabel dependencies. It turns
out that a nocheck build with the following dependencies moved to
Build-Conflicts exactly reproduces the binary artifacts of a regular
build:
 * python3-astropy
 * python3-pytest
 * python3-scipy

Dropping any other dependency makes it FTBFS. Please consider applying
the attached patch to annotate the mentioned dependencies <!nocheck>.
