[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#993252: Astroquery doesn't work with Astropy 4.3.1

Dear maintainer,

The unit tests of astrquery errors with astropy version 4.3.1 which is
currently in unstable. Could you please update astroquery to the latest
version 0.4.3, which should resolve this?
