glueviz depends on jupyter_client < 7, which blocks the migration of
jupyter client 7 to testing.

As far as I can tell, this library isn't imported anywhere in glueviz. I
did a test rebuild in unstable without seeing any errors, but I haven't
tried using the package beyond that.
