sunpy is failing tests with python3-h5netcdf 0.14.1-1.

h5netcdf made some changes with respect to string types of attributes,
related to changes in h5py 3. Not sure if that explains the sunpy
errors.

There's a new release of sunpy available, hopefully it helps. Probably
it does help, it applies https://github.com/sunpy/sunpy/pull/5920
addressing h5netcdf problems
