The astrometry.net d.changelog contains a reference to the wrong bug.
Please consider using debchange --closes in future which checks that
the bug number assigned to the package being uploaded.
1016400 has not been closed.

1003165 is the wrong bug number and a different package. The B-D bug in
astrometry.net is 1016400.
