while checking usrmerge bugs that involve t64-migrated libs, I've
noticed libsbig4 has a t64 rename staged in experimental, but that
was never uploaded to unstable.

It is also still present in unstable and not remvoved.

Could you clarify if the t64 transition is still planned for this
package?
If so, the usrmerge patch will need a rework.
