[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1085217: astroalign : Latest upstream 2.6.0 requires 'sep-pjw' and not current 'sep'

Hi Phil,

sep-pjw is a fork and a plugin replacement for sep (except for the 
packagename itself). My hope here is that we can make sep-pjw the 
official successor of sep (and adjust its package name to the old one), 
as described in

https://github.com/kbarbary/sep/issues/159

If that is not resolved quickly, I would rather cherry-pick needed 
compatibility commits from pjw-sep and apply them as patches to the sep 
Debian package until this is resolved, and stick with python3-sep as a 
dependency for astroalign, at least until the release of trixie.
