[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#1064858: python-astroplan-doc: please make the package build reproducible.

Hello,

If time allows, please could someone from the debian-astro team review
these two patches for src:astroplan?

Each patch modifies an individual Sphinx configuration setting in the
library's documentation structure, and in combination the patches
allow the documentation package to build reproducibly[1].

My hope is that they could be eligible for upload as small, targeted
fixes[2], within the guidelines of the current trixie release freeze
process.

There is no particular urgency to my request, and it's OK for these
changes to be omitted from trixie.  I identified the core of the fixes
approximately a year ago and as a result would be slightly sad if they
don't make it into the release, but that would be fine.
